Funding research

We help groups identify projects that require funding, timescales for funding applications, and from this develop a Community Plan.

A Community Plan takes into account both the group's requirements and the short, medium and long term goals for their community, based on local consultation.

From this point we carry out research into what particular grants are available to meet the needs of the group and provide the group with a funding advice pack that identifies funders, amounts, timescales, bidding rounds and a likelihood score based on how close to the criteria of that grant the group's project is. The purpose of the latter point is to give the group an idea of the funds with the greatest potential for success.

Applications
We can compile the necessary information and write funding bids, but with a strong emphasis on the group being actively involved in the process to ensure that they are confident to write and develop bids themselves in the future.

Costs
Generally when working on funding applications we will recoup our costs through including them in the bid. Our fees are dependant on the scale of the project:

Bid writing and project management - £200 per day
(Projects up £100K)

Bid writing and project management - £250 to £300 per day
(Projects between £101K and £250K)

Bid writing and project management - £To be negotiated
(Projects above £251k)
